I seem to have a thing for love songs who make love seem like going to a war or something? Remember that song “Take Over the World” by The Courteeners? That was the first song I ever listened to and thought, I’m going to get married in this. (Although lately, Nick Drake’s “Northern Sky” also presented itself as an option.) Catey Shaw’s “Revolution” fits in that whole concept (not the wedding song lol). Catey reminds me of the likes of Natasha Bedingfield: very pop and feisty, and I just liked this song from my first listen.
