I discovered this track last week, and it made my decision of naming Oscar Isaac‘s “Never Had” my track of the week really hard. As I mentioned Passion Pit’s “Tonight, Tonight” as a runner-up, this week, I’m giving the bragging rights to French boy Gaspard Royant. A good duet and an easy track to sing along too. Runner-up for this week is Emily Haines and The Soft Skeleton‘s “Telethon“.
Good releases for this whole month though, I feel like giving everyone a good honorable mention to Swim Deep‘s Where the Heaven Are We, White Lies‘ BIG TV – and this is quite exciting (but I have yet to listen to it fully) – Royal Teeth‘s Glow, John Mayer’s “Paradise Valley” isn’t too bad (it has Frank Ocean in it!), and Two Door Cinema CLub just released a new track off a new EP. Quite an exciting month for the tunes!
